There are so many great plant based cookbooks available now and I have been buying them on Amazon and downloading Kindle versions onto my iPad.  I love reading cookbooks and getting inspired, trying new recipes, tweaking them to leave out undesirable ingredients or adjusting them to my tastes and sharing them with others.   

 

Below are my favorite cookbooks because the recipes are simple, fast, delicious and oil free.   My "go tos" seem to always be Kim Campbell's, Del Sroufe's and Dr. McDougall's cookbooks. So many great recipes, so little time to taste them all!
